CAGR is an acronym which represents Compounded Annual Growth Rate, a financial concept essential to a fundamental valuation method known as Compounded Growth Projection. 


CAGR=( EV / BV)1 / n - 1, where EV is enterprise value, BV is book value, and n is the number of periods.
